A strip with a main section, at least one, preferably two, folding sections at opposite ends of the main section, each consisting of two sections and designed to be folded into a first insert bag and a second insert bag by two folding operations. The two pockets each have an opening and are configured to record and hold at least one corner of at least one card or leaf by pushing or inserting. In addition, a system consisting of a tape reel and a card, as well as a method for folding the tape reels, is indicated.
