An ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), an isobutylene copolymer (B) containing a halogen atom and a halogen scavenger (C), and an isobutylene copolymer for the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) The mass ratio (B / A) of the union (B) is 5/95 to 45/55, and the total amount of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and the isobutylene copolymer (B) is 100 parts by mass. A resin composition containing 0.01 to 1 part by mass of a halogen scavenger (C) is provided. Such a resin composition is excellent in gas barrier properties and flexibility, and can be stably produced over a long period of time.
