To attain an objective of providing a prepreg and a fiber-reinforced resin molded product that excel in secondary weldability with other members and exhibit excellent handleability and reinforcing properties, there is provided a prepreg including a thermoplastic resin layer and a thermosetting resin layer in which a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin are impregnated in reinforcing fibers and which are joined to each other by forming an interface, wherein the thermoplastic resin layer is present on at least one surface, the thermoplastic resin layer includes continuous reinforcing fibers, the reinforcing fibers are distributed in a region of 80% or more of the thickness of each layer of the thermoplastic resin layer and the thermosetting resin layer in a cross section perpendicular to the plane direction, and an adhesive strength between the thermoplastic resin layer and the thermosetting resin layer is 1 N/24 mm or more.
