Wireless network for improving spatial reuse and a medium access control method in the wireless network

The present invention relates to a wireless network with improved space reuse by using a medium access control method. In the wireless network, each node may include: a transmitter for calculating an advertisement CST for protecting its own packet transmission and transmitting a packet including the calculated advertisement CST in a preamble; and a receiver that detects the advertisement CST from the preamble of the received packet and determines the final CST by using the CST required for its own transmission and the detected advertisement CST. The advertisement CST may be calculated based on a log-distance path loss model or may be calculated based on a measurement-based model using information on neighboring nodes.
