The present invention relates to a lung-specific drug delivery system comprising an oligonucleotide polymer and a biocompatible cationic peptide for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and the use thereof. The drug delivery system according to the present invention can prevent or treat pulmonary fibrosis by being specifically accumulated in the lung and absorbed into the fibrotic cells of the lung to knock down TGF-β.
