Disclosed are a UPF proxy device and a 5G private network communication control method using the same. A UPF proxy device according to an embodiment of the present invention is added to a communication line between a Distributed Unit (DU) and a User Plane Function (UPF) of a 5G private network and connected to the 5G private network by a wireless terminal and a wired terminal in the 5G private network An apparatus for controlling packet communication between the wireless terminals, comprising: a packet receiver configured to receive packets transmitted from the wireless terminal through the DU when packet transmission is performed from the wireless terminal to the wired terminal; a packet filtering unit for filtering packets to be transmitted to the wired terminal by checking destination IP addresses of packets received by the packet receiving unit through the DU; a packet processing unit removing a GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol) header of the filtered packets; and a packet transmission unit for transmitting the packets processed by the packet processing unit to a corresponding destination.
