The present invention relates to a method for preparing colored sikhye by adding polished rice bran, and to sikhye prepared therefrom. In the sikhye manufacturing process of the present invention, sikhye satisfying both sugar content and functionality can be manufactured by manufacturing godubap by adding polished rice bran after processing colored rice and saccharifying it, so it can be applied to the production of functional sikhye.
