A main board test device, system and method applied to an unmanned forklift. Said method comprises: providing two main boards to be tested, taking one of the main boards as a reference board (10), and taking the other main board as a test board (20) (S100); connecting several functional interfaces of the same category in the reference board (10) and the test board (20) according to a preset interface connection manner, so as to form a closed-loop test loop (S200); controlling the reference board (10) to send test signals to the test board (20) by means of the test loop according to a preset interface test sequence (S300);and the reference board (10) obtaining a test result by analyzing test information returned by the test board (20) (S400).
