MICROBUBBLE DISPERSION SYSTEM USED FOR EFFICIENTLY SUPPLYING OXYGEN TO VEINS AND STABILIZED BY POLYDOPAMINE NANOPARTICLES AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR MICROBUBBLE DISPERSION SYSTEM
A microbubble dispersion system used for efficiently supplying oxygen to veins and stabilized by polydopamine nanoparticles and a preparation method for the microbubble dispersion system. The method comprises: dopamine, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and an amino-rich polymer are dissolved in water, the pH value of the mixture is adjusted to be alkaline, and oxygen is introduced into the solution; under the effect of strong shearing force of a homogenizer, oxygen oxidizes dopamine, and the obtained polydopamine nanoparticles are adhered to interfaces of oxygen microbubbles in a polymerization process to form a compact polydopamine particle shell layer; and finally, glutaraldehyde is added to solidify the polydopamine particle shell layer attached to the interfaces of the microbubbles, and oxygen microbubbles stably dispersed in water are obtained by means of filtration, washing, and re-dispersion. The oxygen microbubbles stabilized by the nanoparticles have excellent biocompatibility, can achieve rapid and efficient delivery of oxygen, and have important application values in the field of high-efficient oxygen supply of veins.
