We searched for the synthetic lethal factor which can enhance the sensitivity to the tankirase inhibitor and increase the effect.As a result, tmed10 was found to function as a synthetic lethal factor for the tankirase inhibitor.By inhibiting the expression of tmed10, or by inhibiting the vesicular transport of its function, it is possible to increase the sensitivity to the tylase inhibitor and suppress cell proliferation.New concept anti-cancer drugs can be provided.
