Disclosed is an automatic plate recycling device, comprising a driving mechanism (5). The driving mechanism (5) is connected to a rotating support (3); the rotating support (3) is provided with a plurality of placement holders (4); the placement holders (4) are connected to a turnover mechanism arranged on the rotating support (3); the turnover mechanism can drive the placement holders (4) to turn over; a first driving mechanism can drive the rotating support (3) to intermittently rotate so as to achieve the motion of the placement holders (4) between a plate receiving area, a dumping area and a recycling area; clamping mechanisms (21) are mounted on the placement holders (4) and used for clamping plates placed in the placement holders (4); in the dumping area, a mesh belt conveying mechanism (29) is arranged below the placement holders (4), and a first recycling box (31) is arranged below the mesh belt conveying mechanism (29) and used for collecting food residues leaking down from the mesh belt conveying mechanism (29); a second recycling box (34) is arranged at the tail end of the mesh belt conveying mechanism (29) and used for recycling small bowls among the plates; and a third recycling box (35) is arranged in the recycling area and used for recycling the plates. The plate recycling device has a high working efficiency and low labor intensity.
