Provided are a model training method, and a method and system for training a member detection device capable of preventing disclosure of private data caused by attacks on members. The member detection device can assess, on the basis of feature data, label data and a prediction result of a model, a probability that an attacker can successfully find out whether the feature data belongs to a model training set on the basis of the foregoing data. Accordingly, a model training system can adjust a parameter and/or a structure of a model trained thereby to reduce the probability.
