To provide an external composition and a cosmetic for skin which improve wrinkles.SOLUTION: An external composition for skin which improves wrinkles contains genus Anogeissus extract by 14 to 23 pts.wt., genus Punica extract by 9 to 15 pts.wt., Arecaceae extract by 4 to 8 pts.wt., and Polygonatum odoratum extract by 3 to 6 pts.wt. A cosmetic includes the external composition for skin which improves wrinkles. The external composition and the cosmetic for skin which improve wrinkles solve a problem of compatibility among active ingredients of the extracts, suppress generation of active oxygen free radical, suppress MMPs activity, and can improve wrinkles of skin by collagen synthesis, so that an effect of preventing aging becomes more significant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
