(a) an antibody that specifically binds syndecan-1 (CD138), or an antigen-binding portion thereof; and (b) a pinomer that specifically binds to fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3), wherein the pinomer comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 99 or SEQ ID NO: 113 and polypeptides having at least 90% identical amino acid sequence. Also provided are bispecific binding agents conjugated with anti-neoplastic agents.
