The present invention relates to a method for starting an electric scooter, wherein: an auxiliary battery for applying regular power to an ECU to start an electric scooter is removed, and an exchangeable battery pack using a wireless communication scheme is provided; accordingly, a wireless communication signal received from a smart device is used as a driving signal for the exchangeable battery pack; and when the exchangeable battery pack is driven, power is supplied to the ECU, thereby starting the electric scooter.
