An injection-type micro-droplet generating tool and a micro-droplet generating method using the same are provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an injection type microdroplet generating tool having a sensor, comprising: at least one pressure unit configured to form a pressure; a door unit on which a microdroplet generating unit is mounted so as to be inserted into the genetic analysis apparatus to generate microdroplets for gene analysis; a sensing unit comprising at least one of a pressure sensor configured to sense pressure, a position sensor configured to sense a position of the microdroplet generation unit, and an air flow rate sensor configured to sense an air flow rate inside the microdroplet generation tool; and a control unit configured to be operable with the at least one pressure unit, the door unit, and the sensing unit.
