The hermetic device which combined the hermetic box 30 for a measurement to the glove box 20 is provided. The airtight box 30 for a measurement is provided with the case 31 which has a hollow inside, and the sample stage 34 which has the loading part of a sample. The sample stage 34 is conveyed by a conveyance stage 35 provided in the case 31 . The case 31 is provided with a measurement window 40 for measuring the sample loaded on the sample stand 34 from the outside by the measuring device 10 .
