A room temperature and warm plate compression test apparatus are presented. The plate material compression test apparatus according to an embodiment includes: an upper grip part for holding the specimen grip part at both ends of the specimen used for the compression test of the plate material from the upper part; a lower grip portion configured under the upper grip portion to hold the specimen grip portion from the lower portion; a specimen upper support configured in the inner space of the upper grip portion and the lower grip portion, and configured to support an upper surface of the specimen to prevent buckling of the specimen during a compression test; a specimen lower support configured in the inner space of the upper grip portion and the lower grip portion, and configured to support a lower surface of the specimen to prevent buckling of the specimen during a compression test; and a lower jig configured under the lower grip portion to support the lower grip portion.
