A bit interleaver, a BICM device, and a bit interleaving method are disclosed. A bit interleaver according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first memory for storing an LDPC codeword having a length of 16200 and a code rate of 10/15; a processor for generating an interleaved codeword by interleaving the LDPC codeword in units of bit groups having a size corresponding to a parallel factor of the LDPC codeword; and a second memory that provides the interleaved codeword as a modulator for 256-symbol mapping.
