FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of biotechnology, particularly to a recombinant bispecific antibody selectively binding human beta-1a interferon and capable to neutralise biological activity thereof and binding human ErbB2 receptor. Also disclosed is an isolated DNA fragment encoding the light chain of said antibody. The invention also relates to an antigen-binding fragment of a recombinant bispecific antibody selectively binding human beta-1a interferon and human ErbB2 receptor.;EFFECT: invention allows to obtain new bispecific antibodies with therapeutic potential and to reduce side effects of use of human beta-1a interferon.;4 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
