To provide a reversible chromic fabric which has a soft feeling, is rich in glossiness and can be applied to each various field such as a toy field and a decoration field, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a reversible chromic fabric 1 which includes bonding an adhesive resin layer 3, a reversible photochromic layer 6 containing a reversible photochromic material and a transparent resin layer 5 having a thickness of 0.5-3 μm provided on a fabric 2; and a method for producing a reversible chromic fabric which includes bonding a reversible chromic transfer sheet having a transparent resin layer having a thickness of 0.5-3 μm and a reversible chromic layer containing a reversible photochromic material provided on a base material having releasability, to a fabric through an adhesive resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
