Cyclic peptide compounds with KRAS inhibitory action

摘要

Cyclic peptide compounds that interact with Ras and non natural amino acids useful for the production of cyclic peptide compounds were found. It was found that the cyclic peptide compound inhibited the coupling between ras and SOS. In addition, a specific non natural amino acid contained in the cyclic peptide compound and its manufacturing method were found.
