To increase an advantage/disadvantage due to the purchase of a betting ticket by predicting a reaching order after starting a race, and to increase willingness to purchase the betting ticket.SOLUTION: A betting ticket purchase system accepts the purchase of a betting ticket to a competition (race) by three or more competition bodies, accepts the purchase of a betting ticket through an information processing terminal after starting a race, and temporally changes a payout ratio of the betting ticket on the basis of an elapsed time from a race start. The betting ticket purchase system can increase user's willingness to purchase the betting ticket because the purchase of a betting ticket is accepted even after starting a race, and can increase the advantage/disadvantage due to the purchase of the betting ticket by predicting a reaching order after starting the race because a payout ratio of the betting ticket is temporally changed on the basis of an elapsed time from the race start.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
