A system and method for integrated management of a material property system for multiple projects are disclosed. The integrated management system includes: a database in which the individual material property systems that were individually managed in a plurality of projects are unified and the integrated integrated material property system is stored in advance; and an analysis unit configured to detect a material item whose attribute information is inconsistent between the individual material attribute system corresponding to the line selection information and the integrated material attribute system.
