A bus boarding information sharing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an operation communication unit, a control unit, and an application. The operation communication unit is installed on the bus to transmit bus location and boarding information. The control unit receives the bus location and boarding information from the operation communication unit. The application is installed on the mobile terminal and communicates with the control unit to display the bus location and boarding information. The application may send the user a boarding request to the controller before the arrival of the bus, and the controller transmits the user's boarding request to the bus.
