Problem to be solved: to provide a sorting apparatus capable of automatically recovering the decrease in air pressure in the air injection portion without lowering the success rate of the selection.The sorting device comprises a supply section, a judging section, an air injection section, an injection control section, an air pressure detecting section, and a supply control section.The supply part supplies the sorting target to the sorting position.The determination section determines whether or not the selected object supplied by the supply section satisfies the selection criteria.The injection control section controls the air injection section to inject compressed air by selecting an object to be selected when the selection target determined by the judging section satisfies the selection criterion, and selects the selected object.The air pressure detecting part detects the detected air pressure which is an air pressure at any one of the air paths of the compressed air to be injected by the air injection unit.When the detected air pressure becomes equal to or less than the first threshold value, the supply control section controls the supply section to reduce the amount of the object to be picked up per hour.Diagram
