When the user is operated in the locked state to rotate to the outside of the tank body, the engagement between the engaging portion and the engagement portion is released to unlock the lock.The cover member has a regulating portion for restricting the rotation range of the rotary member in contact with the rotary member.The regulating portion maintains the pivoting member in the posture opened to the outside of the tank body in a state in which the lid member is positioned at least vertically above the position of the tank body.Diagram
