PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign management system that can prevent a same campaign participating applicant from acquiring a plurality of campaign codes.;SOLUTION: A campaign management system 1 for managing a campaign using campaign codes includes at least a reception unit 31, which receives a participation application using a mobile terminal 7, a campaign code issue management unit 32, which issues the campaign code, a storage unit 34, and a communication unit 4, which communicates with the mobile terminal 7; where the campaign code issue management unit 32 transmits information for storing the campaign code issued to the mobile terminal 7, the communication unit 4 acquires the mobile terminal identification information of the mobile terminal 7 and the campaign code stored by the mobile terminal 7, and the storage unit 34 stores the identification information acquired by the communication unit 4 and the campaign code in association with each other.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
