PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce elongation at traveling, to suppress the lowering of tension, to prevent a facture phenomenon of a V-belt which is fractured from joint vertical holes, to elongate a life of the V-belt, related to the non-endless V-belt having the joint vertical holes, and to provide a manufacturing method of the V-belt.SOLUTION: A non-endless V-belt 1 for use in the transmission of power comprises a first core body layer 12 which is formed by being wound with an aramid sheet or a carbon sheet, and joint holes 15 penetrating the V-belt 1 in a thickness direction are formed in a plurality of pieces with intervals over a longitudinal direction of the V-belt 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
