PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic processing method which enhances support rigidity of a Langevin-type ultrasonic vibrator, and is adapted to precision processing by increasing support accuracy.;SOLUTION: A male screw is disposed on an outer side of a housing, whereas a taper to be fitted with a taper annular support frame body 6b is disposed on an inner side of the housing. Further, a housing nut 21 provided with a female screw is fastened to fit the taper annular support frame body 6b with the housing 11, and thereby a Langevin-type ultrasonic vibrator 1 is supported and fixed. However, as for supply of electric energy to a piezoelectric element 3 of the Langevin-type ultrasonic vibrator 1, voltage of a prescribed frequency is applied from an ultrasonic oscillation circuit 8 disposed outside of the housing, via holes 19 formed in the housing 11.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
