PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a bag-shaped structure which has excellent blood vessel compression characteristics and creep resistance and can reduce processing cost; and a sphygmomanometer cuff and a sphygmomanometer.SOLUTION: A bag-shaped structure comprises a first sheet member 41 including a layer 41a comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, and a second sheet member 42 including a plurality of layers 42a, 42b, 42c comprising a plurality of types of thermoplastic elastomers having different hardness. The second sheet member 42 is joined to the first sheet member 41.
