A topographic map editing method, a device, an electronic apparatus, and a computer-readable medium, pertaining to the technical field of computers. The method comprises: upon receiving a topographic map drawing request of a user, acquiring parameter information of a topographic map to be drawn (S101); determining, on the basis of the parameter information, dimension information of the topographic map, and showing, to the user, an initial topographic map corresponding to the dimension information (S102); receiving an overlay image material selection operation of the user, and determining, on the basis of the overlay image material selection operation, a corresponding first target overlay image material (S103); and upon receiving a first editing operation of the user for the initial topographic map, performing on the initial topographic map, on the basis of the first target overlay image material, an edit corresponding to the first editing operation (S104). The method enables topographic maps to be edited by using a simple operation, such that editing does not require participation of professional graphic artists, and is therefore convenient.
