Provided is a polypeptide derivative capable of simulating the biological activity of a platelet-derived growth factor; the sequence thereof is X-Phe-Phe-Gly-Val-Arg-Lys-Lys-Pro, wherein the end group X is an end group comprising an aromatic group. The polypeptide derivative can promote the proliferation and migration of fibroblasts. The described polypeptide derivative can self-assemble in an aqueous solution to form nanofibers, which can repair skin damage caused by radiation.
