Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a lithium-supplementing device for an electrode sheet and a lithium supplementing method for an electrode sheet. The lithium-supplementing device for an electrode sheet comprises a first lithium strip unwinding mechanism, an electrode sheet unwinding mechanism, a rolling mechanism, a first drawing mechanism, an electrode sheet winding mechanism, and a first coating mechanism. The first lithium strip unwinding mechanism is used for arranging a lithium strip, and the electrode sheet unwinding mechanism is used for arranging an electrode sheet. The rolling mechanism comprises a first calendering roller, a first lamination roller and a second lamination roller. The first drawing mechanism is used for drawing the lithium strip to enter a position between the first calendering roller and the first lamination roller, and the electrode sheet winding mechanism is used for winding the electrode sheet and drawing the electrode sheet to pass between the first lamination roller and the second lamination roller. The first coating mechanism is located upstream of the rolling mechanism in the strip-conveying direction of the lithium strip, and the first coating mechanism is used for coating a surface of the lithium strip with a coating.
