摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a crystal structural analysis sample for structural analysis of nucleophilic group-containing compounds by the crystalline sponge method. The present invention provides a method for preparing a crystal structural analysis sample for the structural analysis of a nucleophilic group-containing compound by the crystalline sponge method, wherein the method comprises (A) a step for derivatizing the nucleophilic group in the compound, and (B) a step for impregnating the derivatized compound into a crystalline sponge. The method according to the present invention enables the rapid and accurate determination, by a simple method, of the structure (particularly the absolute configuration) of compounds that have been problematic for structural analysis by the crystalline sponge method.
