The present invention relates to a sustained-release injection formulation and a preparation method thereof, the injection formulation comprising a conjugate of a poly-L-lactic acid (hereinafter, referred to as "PLLA") filler and a hyaluronic acid (hereinafter, referred to as "HA") and containing biodegradable polymeric double microcapsules which can control the release rate of PLLA. Sustained-release double microcapsules comprising the PLLA-HA conjugate according to the present invention are prepared by applying a double emulsion solvent evaporation method (W/O/W or double emulsion solvent evaporation) which is generally used for production of fine particles using PLA or PLGA, and thus, the contents are released continuously for a long period of time rather than being released immediately, thereby making it possible to minimize the degree of initial volume loss due to HA, and bioactive materials such as growth factors are contained as a PLLA internal dispersed phase, so that the convenience of use is greatly improved.
