Disclosed are a method for managing a brokerage of broadcast space rental through a network, and a management server used therein. The present invention is implemented through the process in which a management server receives, from a plurality of supplier terminals, a broadcast space registration request including available schedule information, receives, from a plurality of consumer terminals, a broadcast space use request including desired-use schedule information, and matches the broadcast space registration request and the broadcast space use request so as to generate broadcast space use schedule information. According to the present invention, content producers can conveniently ensure a broadcast space, broadcast equipment, and the like for content production according to content production demand, and thus high quality broadcast contents can be produced. In addition, according to the present invention, a broadcast space supplier can increase space utilization by renting a broadcast space so that other content producers can use same during periods of non-use. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a plurality of consumers using a broadcast space rental brokerage management service are ensured so that an opportunity to manage various content producers can be ensured.
