The present invention is a 360-degree view of a flexible material that enables both the in-folding operation of the flexible material and the out-folding operation of the flexible material to be implemented based on the unfolding state in one folding device during the folding test of a flexible flexible material in a film type. It relates to a bi-directional folding durability evaluation device. To this end, the 360-degree bi-directional folding durability evaluation device of the flexible material is spaced apart from the fixing unit so as to fix one side of the flexible material to be evaluated and the other side of the flexible material to form the same plane as the fixing unit in the unfolding state. The moving unit rotates based on the fixed unit to in-fold or out-fold the unfolded flexible material, and the moving unit is fixed so that the moving unit can rotate around a midpoint between the fixed unit and the moving unit. It includes a motion guide unit in which a rotation path is formed and a motion unit that connects the motion guide unit and the moving unit, and the moving unit pivots around the motion unit in response to the in-folding motion of the flexible material and the out-folding motion of the flexible material. On the other hand, it is possible to slide along the normal direction passing through the midpoint between the fixing unit and the moving unit.
