The present invention is capable of increasing measurement sensitivity and measurable range by adding an enzyme or a fluorescent particle to a polymer between gold nanoparticles and an antibody to generate a signal such as fluorescence, color development, or luminescence in addition to the basic color development signal by the gold nanoparticles. It provides a method for preparing an antibody-multi-signal polymer and a diagnostic kit for a wide range of measurements using the same.
