Problem to be solved: to provide a system and method for systematically identifying and collecting operational vehicle data for selective transmission to a non local storage location for further analysis and use in autonomous and semi autonomous vehicle training.The system and method provided will overcome limitations in the storage and transmission of collected data by selectively storing only collected operation data, ensuring further analysis.Diagram
