The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for retinal detachment including a scleral ring and a scleral depressor. The apparatus for retinal detachment surgery including a scleral depressor, scleral ring, and retractor newly developed in the present invention is designed for scleral bolus surgery and can minimize the incision of the conjunctiva. The instrument for retinal detachment surgery of the present invention has the advantage of being able to coordinate the location of the hiatus and the surgical site using the direction and distance from the corneal limbus. In addition, since the eyeball can be moved without threading the extraocular muscle, it is effective in reducing side effects after surgery such as extraocular muscle injury. With this, it can be popularized as a surgical instrument for retinal detachment surgery (scleral bolus surgery).
