A fully-automatic cat toilet, comprising: an accommodating cavity (1), arranged inside a base (3), and used for placing cat litter; and a scoop (2), two ends of the scoop (2) being rotatably arranged in the base (3), a radial end of the scoop (2) being provided with a scoop claw piece (4), and the scoop (2) and the scoop claw piece (4) being able to perform a flipping movement relative to the accommodating chamber (1) and the base (3). The flipping movement process of the scoop (2) and the scoop claw piece (4) occurs between position A and position B, position A being located in a region below an inside rear portion of the base, and position B being located in a region above the inside rear portion of the base. The accommodating cavity (1) is positioned below the scoop (2) and the scoop claw piece (4), and an inner wall of the accommodating cavity (1) is provided with a space that cooperates with the flipping movement process of the scoop (2) and the scoop claw piece (4). By means of the flipping movement of the scoop (2) and the scoop claw piece (4), collection and removal of cat litter pieces inside the accommodating cavity is accomplished. The fully-automatic cat toilet combines structures for collecting and removing cat litter pieces into one, is convenient to use, has low production costs, and occupies a small area.
