PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discriminating the state desired to be monitored.SOLUTION: A heat map display device comprises: a ratio data generation unit 11 for generating ratio data which indicates ratio of data falling within each numerical range for each predetermined period on the basis of data collected from an apparatus disposed in a plant; a reference heat map display unit 12 for displaying a reference heat map on the basis of the ratio data; a threshold determination unit 13 for determining a threshold used for expressing the reference heat map in two gradations; and a binarization heat map display unit 14 for displaying a binarization heat map on the basis of ratio data distributed by the determined threshold. The reference heat map display unit 12 displays a reference heat map using colors corresponding to a ratio of data included in the generated ratio data and the binarization heat map display unit 14 divides the ratio data into two groups using the determined threshold and displays a binarization heat map using colors corresponding to the respective groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
