COMPOSITE PREPARATION METHOD OF NANOSECOND LASER ABLATION AND CHEMICAL THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF SUPER-HYDROPHOBIC MICRO-NANO STRUCTURE ON STAINLESS STEEL SURFACE
A composite preparation method of nanosecond laser ablation and chemical thermal decomposition of super-hydrophobic micro-nano structure on a stainless steel surface, which belongs to the technical field of material surface modification, solves the defects of long preparation cycle and complicated process flow of stainless steel super-hydrophobic surface, the method does not use fluorine-containing chemical reagents for modification, and the prepared super-hydrophobic micro-nano structure has good quality and stability. The method comprises the following steps: (1) a stainless steel sample is ultrasonically cleaned in absolute ethanol and air-dried at a room temperature; (2) the sample is subjected to a first infrared nanosecond laser ablation to obtain the micro-nano structure; (3) an ultrasonic atomizer (6) is used, and the workpiece surface is uniformly coated with micro droplets (5) of a stearic acid ethanol solution; (4) the sample is subjected to a second infrared nanosecond laser ablation; (5) the sample is ultrasonically cleaned with acetone, absolute ethanol, and deionized water for 10 minutes respectively to remove undecomposed stearic acid and slag generated by laser ablation from the surface, to obtain the stainless steel super-hydrophobic surface with stable super-hydrophobic properties.
