PRECAST ULTRA-HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE STEEL BRIDGE DECK PAVEMENT STRUCTURE AND PREPARATION METHOD

A precast ultra-high-performance concrete steel bridge deck pavement structure and a preparation method. The pavement structure has a total thickness of 5-8 mm, and sequentially consists of a steel slab base layer (1), a high-toughness resin waterproof bonding layer (2), a high-density fiber concrete precast pavement layer (3), and an epoxy gravel antiskid wearing layer (4) from bottom to top. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a sparsely-distributed reinforcing mesh and placing same into a fixed mold to form a high-density fiber concrete precast slab; preparing high-density fiber freshly mixed concrete; pouring the high-density fiber concrete precast slab; roughcasting the bottom of the precast slab after mold removal; performing sand blasting and rust removal processing on the steel slab; coating self-adhesive cushion rubber strips on the steel slab base layer (1); separately applying an adhesive and an sealing rubber strip to a mortise of each high-density fiber concrete precast slab and then splicing the precast slabs; forming the high-density fiber concrete precast pavement layer (3); and after sandblasting roughening processing, sequentially coating a reinforced epoxy resin and a protective epoxy resin and gravel particles and performing curing. The pavement structure is fast in construction, firm in interlayer bonding and high in weather resistance.
