The invention concerns a quantum computer (QUC) with a control device (MC),a light source (LED),a light source driver (LEDDR) and a substrate (D). The substrate (D) comprises one or more paramagnetic disturbances (NV) used as quantum points (NV) and several nuclear spins used as nuclear quantum points (CI). The substrate (D) contains a diamond material and is endowed with sulphur in the range of quantum points (NV). TheSubstrate (D) has a device to control the nucleus quantum points (CI) and simultaneously control the quantum points (NV) in the form of a device to manipulate the quantum point (NV). Processes for operating the quantum computer (QUC) are controlled and performed by the control device (MC). Binary codes for dThe operation of the quantum computer is stored in a memory of the control device (mC). The quantum computer (QUC) includes a quantum computer program counter. The control device (mC) processes at least a subset of these binary codes depending on an order parameter in the form of the quantum computer program counterwhere binary codes are subroutines for the manipulation of quantum points, correspond to core quantum points. The light source (LED) is temporarily supplied with electrical energy by the light source driver (LEDDR) depending on a control signal of the control device (MC), the light source (LED) being suitable and intended to reset at least part of the quantum points (NV).
