The invention concerns a quantum computer (QUC) with a control device (MC),a light source (LED),a light source driver (LEDDR) and a substrate (D). The substrate (D) contains a diamond material and is endowed with sulphur in the range of quantum points (NV). Processes for operating the quantum computer (QUC) are controlled and performed by the control device (MC).
