摘要
FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics and cardiology. Measurements of peripheral systolic blood pressure (pSAD) are taken using a single-cuff volume sphygmograph with an auxiliary cuff by alternately connecting the cuffs of the right and left shoulder to the apparatus. 5 measurements are taken therein without an additional pause between the measurements. Upon taking the measurements the data on the first measurement is discarded. Then difference in pSAD values is then calculated by subtracting the value on the right from the values on the left: between 2 and 3, 4 and 3, 4 and 5 measurements. The ratio of asymmetry orientation is determined by the ratio of large values of the measurements on the right and on the left. When the ratio of asymmetry orientation is 3:0 a conclusion is made on the presence of stable asymmetry and the side with the highest values is determined for further measurements in this patient. When the ratio of asymmetry orientation of 2:1 or 2:0 is discovered, an additional 6th measurement is taken. The difference in pSAD between 6 and 5 measurements is then calculated and with the resulting ratio of the asymmetry orientation of 3:1 or 3:0 the presence of stable asymmetry is determined and the obtained data is averaged on the corresponding side with higher values. At a ratio of 2:2 or 2:0 a conclusion is made about the absence thereof and the data of all 5 measurements is averaged. The detection of the presence of stable asymmetry therein at pSAD ≥10 mm Hg is an additional risk factor for cardiovascular events. ;EFFECT: method allows performing a systemic and complex assessment of the main indicators of the human cardiovascular system for determination of the total summarized cardiovascular risk, development of personalized recommendations in form of an optimal brief protocol for assessment of the studied indicators in the future and an algorithm for further necessary diagnostic and therapeutic actions.;1 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex
