To provide a method and a device for providing an integrated feature map by using an ensemble of a plurality of outputs from a convolutional neural network.SOLUTION: A method for acquiring an integrated feature map includes steps of: a CNN device receiving an input image and applying a plurality of deformation functions to deform the input image to generate a plurality of deformed input images; the CNN device applying convolution operation to each of the deformed input images to obtain each of deformed feature maps corresponding to each of the deformed input images; the CNN device applying each of reverse transform functions corresponding to each of the deformed functions, to each of the deformed feature maps, to generate each of reverse transform feature maps corresponding to each of the deformed feature maps; and the CNN device integrating at least a part of the reverse transform feature maps to obtain an integrated feature map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
