A Chinese input method based on Hangul Pinyin is disclosed. The Chinese input method is a process of sequentially inputting the initial voice of at least one Hangul Pinyin corresponding to at least one character included in a Chinese word, and sequentially inputting at least one tonal tone corresponding to the at least one character. The process may include displaying at least one Chinese word selected based on the input initial voice and the input tone, and receiving a selection of one of the displayed at least one Chinese word.
