The present disclosure greatly improves the survival rate of live fish by applying a vortex tube separated into two cold and hot air streams as a temperature controller for controlling the water temperature of a live fish vehicle, thereby securing freshness, and power for driving the vortex tube for controlling the water temperature. By interlocking with the oxygen supply of the live fish vehicle without a separate supply device, unnecessary power consumption is not generated, and the size of the device can be reduced through the linkage of the vortex tube and the oxygen supply device, which makes it easy to apply a narrow live fish vehicle. The present invention relates to an apparatus for both supplying oxygen and controlling temperature of a live fish vehicle using a vortex tube that has the advantage of space utilization and has an advantage that it is easy to interlock with the oxygen supply of the existing live fish vehicle, and thus has dissemination and economy. In the apparatus for supplying oxygen and controlling temperature of a live fish vehicle using a vortex tube according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a vehicle having a loading box capable of loading cargo is provided at the rear, and living creatures such as live fish and a fluid for the living organisms are mixed together. A storage space is formed inside, and a tank is installed in the loading box to store while being transported to a destination where the living thing is supplied through the movement of the vehicle, and a tank installed in the loading box to supply oxygen for the survival of the living thing. It is characterized in that it comprises an oxygen supply unit and a temperature control unit that is installed in the loading box and adjusts the water temperature so that the fluid maintains a temperature suitable for the organism.
